We ask that all orders be placed a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
Please notify us if you require any of the following items:
A fee of .50 per guest will apply.
Cancellations: We accept cancellations up to 36 hours before your order date. Unfortunately, any cancellations after that cannot be honoured.
Changes: We will do our best to accommodate an increase in your order. Decreases are not permitted within 36 hours of your catering order.
Within Calgary city limits: $10 delivery charge
Outside Calgary city limits: Please contact for rate
Weekends + holidays: $15 delivery charge
After 4:30pm: $50 per hour waiting time on top of delivery charge
A fuel surcharge of $5 is charged to every order
We accept Cash, Cheque, Visa, Mastercard, & American Express
Supervisors and/or chefs are available on-site at a cost of $38 per hour.
All other staff members are charged out individually at $28 per hour.
A standard industry service charge is applied to all events. This fee includes menu and event consultations, event preparation and orchestration.
Federal and provincial taxes are added on to the final invoice.
Booking and payments required:
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 35% is required upon booking to confirm the event date.
Balance: The remaining balance is due on or before the function date.
